  Objectives
 
  To Create awareness of what the industry wants i.e employability criteria and to groom students accordingly.

  To promote Industry-Institution interaction in the form of live projects & project seminars, guest lectures by software engineers and other eminent persons.

  To enrich and enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the students and to prepare them for corporate life by organizing the following  programs through various club activities:

  The college has MOU with Jawahar Knowledge centre (JKC) for catering to the career opportunities for      the MCA Students.
   
    JKC provides training in Soft skills technical skills by conducting Faculty development programmes
 
The college has membership with Oracle Academy, which updates the students with the latest trends.
The college has membership with Computer Society of India (CSI) and three of our faculty are the priveledged members. They are provided with journals which includes latest topics on current trends & issues.
           
  Placement Activities
 
A guest lecture on " Testing" was conducted on 03 Dec, 2010 by Mrs. Kiran Jyothi for MCA I yr students which    covered the topics on Software Testing, Career opportunities & skills required for the job.
A seminar on "Goal Setting" was conducted by V. V. Sanyasi Rao for MCA I yr students on 03 Nov, 2010.
To improvise the communication skills of the students, Group discussions, Seminars & JAM sessions are    conducted regularly by the faculty in their respective subjects.
To prepare the students for the interviews, a workshop on " Employability Skills" was conducted from 20    Sep -  20 Oct, 2010 in the campus for MCA III yr students by the faculty of English department..
To improve the communication skills of the students, one month course on "Basic English Skills" was    conducted by Ms. Sumayyah Fatima of our department which covered the topics like self introduction, verbal    skills, JAM etc..
